Malte

Watches with the barrel-shaped “tonneau” case exude the ultimate in elegance on both a lady’s and gentleman’s wrist. Customers in search of an original, classical model and the feeling of comfort this watch provides, may consider a watch from the Malte collection as their first choice.

The collection offers beautiful lady’s jewellery-watches paved with diamonds as well as men’s watches with a tourbillon or a perfectly executed moon phase indicator. The collection includes skeleton watches with lighter movement components and dial. In 2012 Vacheron Constantin presented four new redesigns which are a homage to this never-aging line.

Something more…

Vacheron Constantin presented its new revolutionary tonneau case in 1912 and it has since become emblematic of the brand. The Malte collection is a more recent addition to the Vacheron Constantin family: a true millennial, it was born in 2000.

Collection highlight

The Malte Manual-Winding is one of the most iconic models, this is added to by the fact it is crafted in gold and platinum. The 42 × 36.7 mm white gold case has a dial with an off-centred, small, seconds hand. The line’s emblematic design detail is its six and twelve rendered in superbly eye-catching Roman numerals; all other positions are marked with slim indexes. The smooth operation of the watch’s manually-wound, mechanical movement, calibre 4400 AS, can be admired through the transparent sapphire glass caseback.
