Jubilee Collection
In 2018 IWC celebrated 150 years since it was founded. It did so by offering its faithful customers a new line called the Jubilee Collection. It revives timeless models evoking the classic design codes steeped in the brand’s long history.
Attracting a lot of attention, for example, was the IWC Tribute to Pallweber Edition “150 Years” model. This unique timepiece is an homage to the acclaimed watchmaker Josef Pallweber who invented a ground-breaking pocket watch movement enabling the hours and minutes to be displayed digitally in apertures on the dial. IWC transposed this mechanism to a stylish wristwatch featuring a gold, platinum or steel case with a white or blue lacquered dial.
