The 43 mm stainless steel case is fitted with an automatic mechanical movement with a chronograph and the popular day and date function. The movement has a 44 hours power reserve and is decorated with perlage and Geneva Stripes. It is protected against magnetism in a soft-iron inner case. The back case of the timepiece features an engraving of a plane, characteristic of the IWC’s Classic edition. The watch has sapphire glass with an antireflective coating on both sides.
